Every pin is a person who couldn’t get in, on, or through. Blue pins are new reports. Yellow means fixed — it happens more than you’d think. Black means they’ve gone quiet on us.
Newly reported Fixed No response in 60+ days or 6+ complaints
A report turns black when there’s been no update for 60 days, or when the same place racks up more than 5 complaints — at that point our moderators chase the organisation directly. Organisations can reply openly on any report using the link we email them, and when a fix is confirmed the pin turns yellow for everyone to see.
