Report an Access Issue

Blocked out, turned away, left behind? Tell us. We read every report, point you at the right next step, and use the patterns to push for change.

What happens to your report

1. We read it — a person, not a machine.

2. If you’ve asked for help, we’ll reply with the most useful next step: the right guide, template letter, helpline or escalation route.

3. With your permission, your report joins our map of recurring barriers — the blocked stops, broken lifts and step-only doorways that only become undeniable in numbers.

Good things to include

Where (venue, route or stop), when (date and time), what the barrier was, what you asked for, and what they said. Photos are gold — mention if you have them.

We’re a support and campaigning site, not a law firm — we can’t give legal advice. For that, the free EASS helpline is 0808 800 0082. If you’d rather email us directly: info@accessmattersltd.co.uk
