Access Matters Ltd (“we”) runs accessmattersltd.co.uk. This policy explains what personal data we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Reports and contact forms: your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us about an access issue. We use this to reply to you and — only if you tick the consent box — to keep your report on file to help identify recurring access barriers.
- Comments and technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser) kept for security, and anti-spam checks on any comments.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, we don’t share your reports with the organisations you complain about without asking you first, and we don’t send marketing you haven’t asked for.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@accessmattersltd.co.uk and we’ll sort it. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
